Our Web site is designed to ask for only that information that is necessary to provide the services that you request. Please keep in mind that these are services, not requirements. We've been careful to design this Web site so that you aren't required to provide any information to access it.

Purchases require your name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information. We never exchange e-mail addresses or phone numbers with others. They are used only to contact you if there is some question about your order. Our secure handling of credit card information is covered in the Security information that follows.

In only one case will the information you provide ever leave Just Suspension. If you purchase from us, we occasionally exchange your name and address with organizations that provide similar products and services. If you do not want to have your name made available to other companies, please contact us by phone (800-872-1548) or E-mail, and we will flag your account so that the information will never be exchanged.

We fully understand why some of our customers would like to receive less sales and promotion literature through the mail. We recommend the Mail Preference Service offered by the Direct Marketing Association. Their Web site (www.dmaconsumers.org) contains full instructions on how to have your name removed from non-profit and commercial mailing lists.

The Use of Cookies

In the initial design of the Web, there was no way for a site to know whether one page request was connected to another. The page you're reading now is not on our server, it's on your browser. In essence, it's a snapshot of our site, and some method is needed to connect such things as vehicle information on one page to product information on another. The "cookie" accomplishes this. There is no mysterious or secret information in these tiny text files and they won't hog your hard drive. They simply allow us to temporarily retain basic information that allows us to maintain a "conversation" with you, as you move through our site and/or return at a future date. Our cookies can only be read by our site and contain no credit card information or personal data.

To place an order through our Web site, your browser's security settings must be set to enable cookies. If your browser supports multiple cookie privacy settings, you may need to adjust the privacy level to "medium" while visiting our site or add http://www.justsuspension.com to your list of trusted sites. If cookies are disabled or blocked by your browser, we have no way of placing your product selections in the shopping cart or tailoring our custom-fit products to your particular vehicle. If you are concerned about cookies, you can enable their use in your browser, place your order, then disable and delete them after your session.

Collection of Marketing Information

We collect information on traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve the design of our site. This information is collected and analyzed, pursuant to privacy guidelines established by the Federal Trade Commission. We identify a visitor to our site with a unique ID that contains absolutely no personal information. The resulting data allows us to record shopping behavior, providing you with a shopping environment that is easy to use, interesting and secure.

Just Suspension Personalized Account

Although not necessary to place an order, we offer the option of setting up a personalized account. When registering you'll be asked billing and shipping addresses, contact name, and e-mail address. We do not ask for your credit card number. This personalized account information will be used to fill out the majority of your order form at "checkout," and to save that information for future transactions. In addition, a personalized account will enable you to store vehicle information in your "garage" and to establish a "wish list," which will enable you to select and file, gift or seasonal items for future purchase. The information in this account is solely for your convenience and is subject to the same privacy that's afforded our mailing list and order information.

Secure Shopping

When you place an order, your credit card information is transmitted over the internet using encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard method for protecting web communications. SSL is built into all major browsers and comes in two strengths, 40-bit and 128-bit, which refer to the length of the "session key" generated by every encrypted transaction. The Just Suspension online store supports 128-bit encryption - trillions of times stronger than 40-bit sessions.

Once your credit card information is received by our web server, it is checked for accuracy and then re-encrypted using a 128-bit dual key encryption algorithm. Once the data is encrypted it can only be accessed using "keys" that are securely stored in different remote locations. For your security, you are required to enter your credit card information each time you order, even it you have opted for our Just Suspension personalized account. These elements combined with our over 25-year in-house security record, insure you of secure, worry-free on-line shopping.
