    There's no point in buying a cheap part delivered overnight only to have the part fail a few miles after installation. Price and delivery mean nothing if the parts aren't worth buying in the first place. As such, Just Suspension takes great care in offering only reliable parts, backed by a manufacturer's warranty whenever possible.

    Great Prices
    Lots of companies can offer decent prices through high purchasing volumes. We offer great prices by combining high volume, low overhead, and a just-in-time inventory system which receives daily shipments from the factory of the most popular part numbers, supplemented by fast special orders of less common parts.

    Delivered On-Time
    Because some items ship directly from our warehouse and others must first come in from the manufacturer, we classify each item in our store according to the shipping and delivery timeframes explained below. By taking note of your part's expected ship date and time-in-transit, you'll know just when to expect delivery.

    Standard Item Classifications

    Warehouse Item

    Warehouse Item - Ships in 1-4 days.

    Warehouse items are our most popular parts. They are regularly kept in stock at our warehouse and if we ever run out, we know there will be a new delivery of them in the next 1-2 days. If you order a part which is classified as a Warehouse item, you can be confident that we either already have it on the shelf or the parts are already en route to our warehouse from the manufacturer.

    Manufacturer Item

    Manufacturer Item - Ships in 5-10 days.

    Manufacturer Items are less common parts which do not sell as frequently as Warehouse Items. They are not typically kept on hand at our warehouse, but are expected to be in-stock at the manufacturer's distribution center. If you order a part which is classified as a Manufacturer Item, it will be included in that manufacturer's next shipment to our warehouse (typically within 1-2 days), and from there it will be shipped to you.

    Backordered Item

    Backordered Item - Ships when available.

    We hate back orders as much as you do, but they do happen from time to time. As soon as we are notified by a manufacturer that an item has gone on back order, we update the item status on our website accordingly. Because most auto parts back orders are nationwide, shopping around is not always very helpful. As such, we recommend going ahead and placing your order anyway to ensure that you will be first in line to receive the part when it becomes available again. Pending orders for back-ordered items may be canceled at any time up until the day the item has been released from the manufacturer.

    Other Item Statuses

    Certain items may not fit exactly into one of the above classifications. As needed, you may come across items with a unique status such as "Limited Quantity Available - Please Call to Confirm." Custom statuses such as these are always clearly marked and easy to understand. If you ever have any questions about the availability of an item, don't hesitate to contact customer service for more information.

    Lastly (any good company should be able to admit it), we're not perfect. Errors happen, trucks break down, blizzards and hurricanes make a mess, but through it all we want you, our customer, to be happy.     FedEx Time-in-Transit Information

    All domestic orders under $100 and most large-package items which qualify for free shipping will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.* The point of origin for all shipments from our warehouse is Charlotte, North Carolina. The FedEx-generated map at left gives you an idea of how many days your package will be in transit once it leaves our warehouse.

    * Items which qualify for free shipping will be shipped by the service of Just Suspension's choosing. This may include FedEx, UPS, the USPS, or another appropriate carrier.

    Regardless of carrier, a notification of shipment and tracking number are automatically emailed for every order, so you never have to wonder about the status of your shipment.
