What this Focus diagram covers

The PDF is the 2007–2018 Focus (2nd-gen US 2008–2011 and 3rd-gen 2012–2018). 2012–2018 rear suspension is a different design from the earlier beam/strut layout. ST and RS use unique knuckles, arms, and bushings; do not order sedan numbers for those.

Find the Suspension Parts you Need

On 2012–2018 Focus the rear toe/control arms and bushings are the usual complaint (clunk, rear wandering, inner tire wear). Front struts, mounts, and sway links follow. If the rear end steers itself over ruts, replace the rear arms as a pair and align; chasing a single bushing rarely lasts.
