Need 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 shocks or struts? 2020 is T1XX Silverado 1500. There is no Classic / LD twin this year. A Trail Boss is still a 1500, but its front shock is the shorter-lift 5100, not the stock-height 4600 pair. This is not 2500/3500 HD.
A nose that dives, or a shock body that is wet, is the front strut. A float on the highway or a squat when you tow is the rear shock. Replace a corner as an axle pair. Clunks that are not the damper belong on the suspension page for this year.

2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 shocks — T1XX shop focus
2020 does not have a Classic twin. Match Trail Boss versus a standard 1500 before you pick a front, and match 4WD versus RWD on the Gabriel leveling strut.
What usually brings people here
- Nose dive or a leaking front strut → stock-height Front 4600, or Front 5100 if you want a little front lift. Trail Boss / AT4 → 24-337069.
- Rear squat or a loose highway feel → 24-293464 (order two) or Gabriel G63959. A 0–2 in rear lift can use Fox 987-24-029.
- Active Ride Control and electronic adaptable suspension are called out as exclusions on the Bilstein pairs and on Gabriel 61690 for 2022–2024. Do not ignore that line.

These rows are for the T1XX Chevy Silverado 1500 (new body, 2019–2024). Not 2014–2018 K2XX, not 2019 Classic / LD, not 2022 Silverado 1500 Limited, not 2500/3500 HD, not Suburban or Tahoe.
Gabriel G63959 and 61690 also appear on older Silverado 1500 fitment lines (the Ultra number runs 2008–2024). That does not make a K2XX front strut correct for this truck. Front struts on this page are the T1XX pairs only.
