2019–2026 Ford F-150 Including Raptor / Lightning / Tremor

Here is the complete, current suspension/steering/chassis parts list for the 2019–2026 Ford F-150.

Parts are grouped by year range (2019–2020 = 13th-gen; 2021–2026 = 14th-gen) because the suspension platforms are completely different and not interchangeable. Most front-end components are shared between 2WD and 4WD except where noted. Control arms are usually sold as complete pre-assembled units with ball joints already installed.

Raptor / Lightning / Tremor notes are called out separately. Lightning (2022+) uses a unique independent rear suspension (IRS), so rear leaf-related parts do not apply. Tremor and Raptor (both generations) share most front parts with standard models but have heavier-duty factory components; parts coverage is sometimes limited for the newest Raptors.

Ball Joints (same for 2WD & 4WD)

  • Front Lower Ball Joint: K500443
  • Front Upper Ball Joint: K500447

Control Arms + Ball Joint Assemblies

  • Lower Control Arm + BJ assemblies: RK624048 series (LH/RH specific – exact side varies by cab/bed; confirm on finder)
  • Upper Control Arm + BJ: Similar pre-assembled units (Moog RK62xxxx series)

Other Popular Parts

  • Front Wheel Bearing/Hub: 515211 / 515212 series
  • Rear leaf spring/shackle bushings: Same as 2019–2020 style for non-Lightning trucks

2022+ Lightning (Electric)

  • Uses the same front ball joints, tie rods, sway links, and alignment kits as standard 2021–2026.
  • Rear: Independent coil suspension (no leaf springs) → different shocks, lower control arms, and wheel bearings (515214 front / 541024 rear in many configs).
  • Sway link and alignment kits remain K750980 / K100350.

2021+ Raptor & Tremor

  • Front end shares most parts with standard 2021–2026 (K500443 lower BJ, K500447 upper BJ, K750980 sway link, etc.).
  • Raptor uses high-travel/long-arm suspension; Moog coverage is thinner in public catalogs — many owners use the standard numbers or Ford-specific heavy-duty replacements.
  • Tremor is essentially standard F-150 with upgraded factory shocks/knuckles — Moog aftermarket parts interchange directly in nearly all cases.

Rear Suspension (most models)

  • Leaf spring eye & shackle bushings (various kits)
  • Rear sway bar links (if equipped)
  • Lightning uses IRS → different rear components (not leaf-spring based).
