1997 Chevy Silverado 1500 Suspension Parts

Need 1997 Chevy Silverado 1500 ball joints, control arms, hubs, or a front-end kit? 1997 is GMT400 C1500/K1500 / Silverado trim (1988–1998). 1999–2006 GMT800 Silverado 1500 uses different knuckles and many different arms. This is not 2500, not Suburban, and not Express.

A clunk at low speed is usually a ball joint or sway link. Wander or inner-edge tire wear is more often a tie rod or a worn control-arm bushing. Most people replace the control arm as a complete unit with the ball joint already pressed in.
