• Clunk over small bumps: inspect sway-bar links and frame bushings first; measure the sway bar before ordering.
• Steering wander or uneven tire wear: check inner and outer tie rods, ball-joint play, and control-arm bushings before alignment.
• Hub growl that changes while turning: verify ABS configuration, stud count, and production-date split before ordering.
• Support the lower arm, follow factory torque sequence, and perform an alignment after ball-joint, tie-rod, or control-arm work.
